An attempt will be made to amicably resolve the case with the insurance company or the wrongdoer for a reasonable and appropriate amount. If that cannot be done, we will make sure the case is prepared for trial and will try it.

We represent individuals who have been the victims of discrimination or sexual harassment in the workplace, or have not been paid the wages they are owed.
It is unlawful for an employer to discriminate against a person because of race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, handicap, or ancestry. An employer may not discriminate in any aspect of employment – recruiting, hiring, training, promotion, benefits, wages or other compensation, discipline or discharge.
These protections apply to both employees and job applicants.
By law an employee may not be sexually harassed on the job. Sexual harassment basically refers to sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other words or conduct of a sexual nature. Hostile work environments are prohibited and sexual harassment creates such a workplace. Sexual harassment is forbidden regardless of whether it is between people of the opposite sex or people of the same sex.
It is also unlawful for an employer to fail to pay wages, commissions, and overtime. In some situations, triple damages can be awarded for the failure to pay wages for time worked.
In Massachusetts there are very short time periods (statutes of limitation) for bringing a claim for discrimination, harassment, or unpaid wages.
